Whenever a podcast reaches a new all-time high in a chart or SEO result, send a notification. And highlight if it's a significant number, like "top 50" or "top 10."
Also adjust the notification for when it's the first time ever on a chart.
This might need an option to prefer certain countries, in case the podcaster is most interest in only a few countries but not all 175.
